Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to serve as a strategic and commercial partner to senior leadership during a period of growth and change. The role leads annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning, while overseeing management reporting and analysis of performance, risks, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include evaluating proposals, investments, and strategic initiatives through financial models and business cases; developing KPIs and scenario analyses; and preparing presentations for the board and shareholders. The Head of FP&A will also lead and develop the finance planning team, improve financial processes and reporting, and collaborate across finance functions. Candidates should have approximately 12–15 or more years of relevant finance experience, including senior FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering roles, and a record of leading planning in a sizeable international organization. Strong commercial finance expertise, analytical and strategic judgment, and experience developing high-performing teams are required. The role calls for excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge decisions. A recognized accounting qualification or equivalent is required, and fluent English is essential; professional Spanish is highly desirable. Experience in an international consumer-facing business or in a listed, private-equity-backed, or shareholder-intensive environment is advantageous.
