The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead agency insights and proposition development. Responsibilities include setting the research agenda, turning analysis into actionable recommendations, and designing and evaluating compensation, recruitment financing, campaigns, contests, and promotion propositions. The role will translate business strategy into clear agency-facing communications, oversee project delivery and post-launch reviews, and maintain current standards and supporting materials. It will also lead and develop an insights team, prepare executive decision papers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance matters are identified and reported appropriately. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage. At least seven years of relevant experience is required, including three years leading people or major cross-functional programs. Strong capabilities in strategy, commercial analytics, research, proposition design, structured problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and project and change management are essential. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are required; experience with business intelligence or statistical tools is beneficial, and insurance or financial-services experience is strongly preferred.
