Head of Legal

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal to provide strategic legal leadership across its agribusiness and food production operations. The role oversees corporate and commercial matters, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and risk management, while advising senior leaders on business initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating supply chain and commercial agreements, developing policies that support ethical conduct, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have extensive legal experience in agribusiness, food manufacturing, or food growing, including senior-level counsel experience in a large or multinational organization. Strong knowledge of Philippine law and international regulations affecting food production and distribution is required.
