Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its strategic direction, organisational performance, and long-term sustainability. The CEO will guide the organisation’s development as an integrated care and community services provider, connecting care, housing, and community services to improve client experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred services; maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance; and responding to sector reform. The CEO will also oversee financial planning, capital allocation, acquisition integration, executive development, and partnerships across relevant sectors, while turning investments in technology and data into measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is an accomplished CEO or senior executive with a record of leading large, complex, stakeholder-rich organisations through growth and transformation while delivering strong operational and financial performance. Experience in aged care, healthcare, community services, or another regulated, service-intensive environment is valued. Candidates should bring commercial, financial, and governance expertise, experience leading diverse workforces, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with boards, government, regulators, and communities. Strong change leadership, technology and data acumen, executive team development, and an authentic, collaborative, values-led approach are also required.
