Head of Digital, Technology & Data

The Company is seeking a Head of Digital, Technology and Data to set the strategic direction, architecture, and delivery of its technology, digital systems, business applications, and data functions. The role will develop and maintain digital and AI strategy, oversee information and data protection, cybersecurity, and application reliability, and establish data governance and management frameworks. Responsibilities also include leading business application projects and change management, managing budgets, and guiding a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will build support for the strategy among senior stakeholders and coordinate initiatives to minimize disruption. Candidates should bring extensive experience developing and implementing digital strategies in complex stakeholder environments, along with a record of leading customer-facing and internal business application initiatives and complex project delivery. Experience leading digital or IT teams, coaching managers, and driving organizational change is essential. Strong capabilities in data analytics, performance reporting, and measurement are required, as are excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-influencing skills. Graduate-level ICT qualifications and project management certification, or equivalent experience, are preferred.
