Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its Group Finance function and play a pivotal role in a transformational growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, finance, controlling, treasury, financial reporting, and financial planning. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record as a CFO, preferably within private equity-backed companies, and significant experience in industrial or manufacturing businesses. The CFO will also be involved in M&A transactions, supporting the integration of acquired companies, and ensuring the harmonization of financial processes across the group.
