Fractional Head of IT

The Company is seeking a Head of IT to assess its current technology landscape and define a future-state IT strategy across a portfolio of business applications. The role will identify business and technology pain points, evaluate legacy systems, recommend modernization opportunities, and guide strategic technology decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams, as well as assess vendors and technology solutions. This is a strategic individual-contributor role that connects business priorities with application architecture and technology modernization. Candidates should have at least 10 years of IT experience and a solid understanding of application architecture and the software development lifecycle. Experience partnering across business, architecture, and engineering teams, along with vendor management expertise, is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business challenges into technology recommendations are essential. A strong technical foundation and the ability to contribute at a strategic and executive level are also important.
