Vice President of Latin America & Caribbean Payroll Greater Mexico City, Mexico Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead payroll operations across Latin America and the Caribbean, overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple countries and payroll cycles. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll results, reconciliations, funding, employee payments, tax filings, and statutory obligations. The role will strengthen controls and audit readiness, address compliance gaps and recurring issues, and manage third-party providers. The Vice President will also lead payroll transformation and integration work related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, legal-entity changes, and vendor transitions, while partnering with regional and global stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and/or 10–15 years of relevant payroll experience, including leadership of multi-country operations and experience with collective bargaining agreements. They should understand local payroll, tax, labor, social security, filing, and payment requirements across the countries in scope, and have experience with payroll controls, audit support, outsourced providers, and payroll integrations. Strong leadership, analytical, project-management, communication, and organizational skills are required. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese, Workday, and multi-country payroll platform experience are preferred.
