Assistant General Counsel, Growth & Revenue Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel with a focus on growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to business leaders on a wide range of matters, including sales strategy, product commercialization, and go-to-market execution. This role involves leading the legal structuring and negotiation of various commercial agreements, as well as counseling on revenue enablement models and pricing structures. The Assistant General Counsel will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with new products and business models, while supporting the company's speed to market. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, and a minimum of 10 years' of relevant legal experience, with a strong background in commercial counseling. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading complex commercial negotiations, strong business judgment, and the ability to translate legal risk into practical business solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial contracting, advertising, marketing, antitrust, and competition law, as well as some knowledge of privacy, data use, and technology transactions. Proficiency in leveraging technology and AI tools for legal management is a plus, and the candidate should be an independent self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
