Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a regional chapter team and advance its strategic plan. The role oversees fundraising, financial, and programmatic goals, including revenue targets, budgets, forecasting, and performance measurement. Responsibilities include identifying and securing major gifts, cultivating donors and volunteers, recruiting corporate sponsors, and expanding community engagement. The Executive Director also builds relationships with families, care centers, and community partners, educates stakeholders about programs, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Candidates should have a four-year college degree or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience, along with at least 10 years of fundraising or sales experience and four years of staff leadership experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and volunteer management skills are required, as is attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role calls for strategic judgment, collaborative leadership, team development, and a hands-on approach to achieving measurable results.
