Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Consultant

The Company is seeking an experienced CFO Consultant to support organizations through mergers and acquisitions, financial system transitions, and strategic transformation. Responsibilities include leading financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration, overseeing system implementation or upgrades, and improving finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. The consultant will advise executives and owners on strategic planning and capital alignment, provide interim or fractional finance leadership during periods of change, and manage relationships with lenders, auditors, and investors. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, such as serving as a CFO, finance executive, or corporate controller. Demonstrated success with M&A integration and enterprise finance system conversions is required, along with strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial planning and analysis, audit readiness, and cross-functional operations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence are essential. A CPA or MBA is preferred; public accounting and private-equity-backed company experience are advantageous.
