Regional Vice President, Dialysis Operations Greater Milwaukee, WI Area

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead dialysis operations across an assigned region, overseeing patient care, customer service, marketing, and financial performance. Responsibilities include managing facility budgets and key performance indicators, ensuring regulatory and quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and directing staffing and resource planning. The role also involves developing regional growth strategies, building relationships with physicians and major customers, and supporting partnerships and business development opportunities. The leader will coach and develop regional management teams, oversee risk, safety, privacy, and facility integrity, and work with senior leadership on organizational initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent education and experience. At least 15 years of experience is required, including five or more years in a senior management role, along with demonstrated experience managing departments. The position calls for strong financial and operational leadership, team-building and performance-management skills, and a record of continuous quality improvement.
