Interim Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Greater Minneapolis, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to establish and lead an enterprise-wide FP&A function. The role will oversee consolidated financial plans and forecasts, standardize planning processes, and strengthen reporting, systems, and analytics. Responsibilities include leading financial integration initiatives, developing executive and board-level reporting, and translating complex financial information into actionable insights. The Vice President will also guide strategic and long-range planning, scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and process improvement while partnering with senior leaders across the organization. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive finance experience; healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Required qualifications include deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting systems, as well as formal people leadership and experience leading change initiatives. Strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder influence are essential. An MBA, CPA, or CFA, experience across health plan and care delivery operations, and experience leading enterprise system transformations are preferred.
