Vice President, Information Security & Compliance Greater Minneapolis, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Security and Compliance to lead enterprise security strategy, cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, and AI governance. The role oversees security architecture and operations, audit and certification programs, third-party risk, incident response, and business continuity. The leader will build and guide multidisciplinary teams, set program priorities and controls, and advise senior leadership on risk and investment. They will also represent the organization in client and auditor reviews, while partnering across legal, privacy, engineering, and business functions to strengthen security and trust. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive experience in information security, risk, and compliance, including substantial leadership experience and a record of maturing enterprise programs. Deep, hands-on expertise securing Microsoft 365 and AWS is required, along with knowledge of Zero Trust, identity and access management, cloud security, incident response, and enterprise AI risks. Applicants should bring strong command of security frameworks, privacy requirements, audits, and AI governance, as well as experience managing budgets, teams, and strategic partners. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is required; a master’s degree and relevant professional certifications are preferred.
