Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a regional operations leader to manage accounts, managers, and multiple sites across an assigned region. Responsibilities include establishing operational standards, growing revenue, controlling labor and other direct costs, monitoring budget variances, and partnering with sales on customer presentations and new opportunities. The role also oversees customer retention, service quality, hiring and onboarding, team development, and implementation of safety programs. The leader will communicate with customers and senior leadership, resolve issues, and may assist with cleaning duties when needed. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have knowledge of janitorial operations, scheduling, human resources practices, safety, payroll, customer service, labor and supply budgeting, and profit-and-loss statements. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and people-management skills are required, along with flexibility to manage competing priorities and work varied hours. Applicants should have at least two years of daily experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The role also requires the ability to train and coach team members, promote workplace safety, and travel.
