Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its next phase of profitable growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the annual and medium-term strategic plan, identifying new markets and portfolio opportunities, and presenting financial results and action plans to the Board. This role demands a leader with a robust track record in complex manufacturing industries, full P&L responsibility, and a strong background in B2B business strategies. The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including industrial operations, supply chain, sales management, and financial management, and must ensure the company's compliance with the highest ethical standards and integrity. To excel as the CEO, candidates must bring a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or business field, with an MBA being desirable. A minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in manufacturing management, particularly in industries related to plastics or industrial materials, is required.
