Chief of Mission

The Company is seeking a Chief of Mission to lead its country-level strategy, programmes, and operations. The role oversees programme development and delivery, resource mobilization, budgeting, financial and administrative management, and risk and security planning. The Chief of Mission will advise on migration policy and trends, build partnerships with government and other stakeholders, and represent the organization in inter-agency coordination and public forums. The position also includes leading knowledge sharing, reporting, and safeguarding efforts. Candidates should hold a master’s degree in a relevant field and have at least seven years of relevant experience, or a university degree and at least nine years. Required experience includes general, project, and resource management; migration programming across emergency and development contexts; and diplomacy, fundraising, public relations, and government liaison. Strong communication, negotiation, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and crisis-response skills are essential, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage.
