Vice President, Finance, Fresh Products

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance for Fresh Products to join their team. This executive leader will be a key strategic business partner, providing the financial leadership, insights, and analytical rigor necessary to support decision-making, drive business performance, and accelerate long-term value creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the long-term strategic planning, annual operating plan, and forecasting processes for the Fresh Products business. They will also be expected to provide financial and operational insights to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve profitability, as well as to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and deliver executive and Board-level presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a CPA or CFA designation, and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills are essential, as is a proven track record of partnering with executive leadership teams and building high-performing finance organizations. The role requires a strategic and forward-thinking finance executive with a passion for creating sustainable business value and developing future leaders. Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms is considered an asset.
