Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the pre-IPO readiness and listing process for a manufacturing business. The CFO will own the IPO journey end to end, including preparation of offering documents, regulatory liaison, query resolution, and coordination with financial, legal, and audit advisers. Responsibilities also include investor and roadshow engagement, strengthening financial reporting and governance, and overseeing financial planning, management information, banking, working capital, export finance, and foreign exchange. The role will lead an established finance team and provide oversight across treasury, tax, legal, and compliance. Candidates should have at least 10 years of finance leadership experience in manufacturing and hold a Chartered Accountant qualification; an MBA or CFA is preferred. Direct, hands-on involvement in at least two IPOs is required, including experience with offering financials, regulatory compliance and queries, adviser coordination, and roadshows. Applicants should also have experience building pre-IPO readiness from an early stage and working with promoter-led or family-owned businesses. Experience strengthening board and audit committee governance before a listing is an advantage.
