Senior Vice President, Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead complex, high-impact programs from strategic definition and planning through hands-on execution and implementation. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operating model and process transformations, establish program governance, and develop business cases, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans. The successful candidate will guide technical delivery with business and technology teams, manage risks and performance, and ensure initiatives achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities also include mentoring program teams, strengthening change capabilities, and promoting continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 14 years of experience managing complex programs and process transformations, including management consulting and financial services experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Required expertise includes operating model and process transformation, technology delivery, business requirements, and methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Waterfall; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with a financial services area such as banking, risk, compliance, finance, or operations is also required.
