Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to take on the overall HR responsibility and lead the further development of HR structures for its internationally successful, owner-managed group of companies. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth trajectory, both nationally and internationally, and will work closely with the management to ensure that professional, values-driven HR practices are in place. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion and requires a leader who can actively shape organizational development, transformation, and change processes, as well as drive the digitalization of the HR function. The Head of HR will also be responsible for the management and further development of key HR processes, including recruiting, payroll, employee development, talent management, and leadership development. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a completed university degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification, and several years of professional and management experience in a similar role within an internationally operating company. A strong affinity for HR digitalization, systems, and data-driven HR management is essential, as is experience in talent management, recruiting, and leadership development. The role demands a leader with a strategic mindset, strong creative and implementation skills, and the ability to work in close collaboration with the owner on corporate culture, HR strategy, and governance structures. Fluent English skills and a willingness to travel internationally are also required.
