Associate Vice President, Hyperion Infrastructure Support Greater Najafgarh, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead infrastructure support for enterprise financial planning and analytics applications. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, upgrading, migrating, patching, and troubleshooting application components, as well as managing security integrations, clustering, SSL, performance tuning, and cloud-hosted environments. The role translates business requirements into system designs, assesses impacts across integrations, supports testing and implementation, and resolves production incidents. The successful candidate will also guide technical teams through delivery challenges, maintain compliance and documentation, and provide knowledge transfer to colleagues and end users. Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in application infrastructure support and upgrades, relational databases, cloud services, Windows and Linux hosting, and CI/CD pipelines and tools. Strong skills in scripting, preferably Python, and experience with security, monitoring, batch scheduling, and performance optimization are valuable; data engineering or integration experience is an advantage. The role requires technical leadership, sound problem-solving, attention to quality, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively. Excellent communication, documentation, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
