The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead management reporting and strategic cost management. The role oversees timely, controlled, decision-focused cost reporting and analysis, coordinating regional teams and challenging business plans, forecasts, and cost assumptions. The successful candidate will translate financial and workforce data into insights, risks, and recommendations for senior leaders, while supporting planning, performance management, and cost-efficiency decisions. Responsibilities also include improving reporting controls, simplifying and automating processes, advancing the use of technology, and leading and developing teams through change. Candidates must hold a recognized accounting qualification or an MBA from a top-tier institution, with 10–12 years of predominantly finance experience and a record of leadership in complex, senior-stakeholder environments. They should bring strong financial accounting, reporting, modelling, and business-partnering expertise, along with knowledge of banking and non-banking products and performance drivers. Experience presenting to senior governance forums, engaging with auditors, designing effective controls, and delivering process improvements is required. Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, influencing, and team leadership skills are essential.
