Vice President of HR Operations Greater Najafgarh, India Area

Responsibilities include managing escalations, operational planning, team performance, service-level and satisfaction targets, and quality assurance. The role also oversees risk and control execution, compliance, and remediation, while identifying operational risks and driving process improvements. Candidates should have at least five years of leadership experience in an operational or HR environment. A degree or qualification in business or human resource management is preferred, as is AOM Practitioner certification.
