The Company is seeking a Vice President of Stress Testing to coordinate Valuation in Resolution testing for Treasury and support the delivery of financial information used in resolution scenarios. Responsibilities include developing annual testing plans, coordinating stakeholders and testing activities, leading governance meetings, and maintaining runbooks and documentation across valuation exercises. The role also involves preparing and reviewing regulatory submissions and governance materials, responding to senior management requests, and maintaining strong controls over the accuracy and timeliness of outputs. The successful candidate will lead and develop a specialist team, manage risks and competing priorities, and drive improvements to processes and analytical capabilities. Candidates should have 10–12 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or consulting, and a professional qualification, certification, or equivalent experience in a numerical discipline. They should understand recovery and resolution regulation, stress testing or capital management, financial statements, finance processes, and financial systems. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and reporting skills are required, along with experience delivering regulatory reporting or exercises in large, complex organizations. Proven leadership and stakeholder-management abilities, including working across functions and managing diverse teams, are essential.
