Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Physician Practice Management Greater Nashville, TN Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations for its physician practice management division. The role provides strategic financial direction, oversees financial controls, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and drives operational and financial initiatives. Responsibilities include leading revenue cycle operations, monitoring performance metrics, supporting payer strategy and contracting, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. The CFO will also manage financial risks, identify cost and revenue opportunities, and develop a high-performing finance team while advising senior leaders on financial and operational decisions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred, and an MBA or CPA is an advantage. At least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare is required, including experience as a healthcare CFO; physician practice management experience is strongly preferred. The role calls for a record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets, strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and develop teams.
