Executive Director, Commercial & Enterprise Applications

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its commercial and enterprise applications portfolio, overseeing platform support, enhancements, architecture, and the technology roadmap. Responsibilities include scaling and integrating business systems, leading major implementations, managing end-to-end commercial processes, and building a high-performing applications team while directing external partners. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, improve processes, and drive adoption through change management. It also establishes operational standards focused on reliability, proactive support, quality delivery, security, compliance, and continuous improvement, including the use of automation and AI. Candidates should have 12 or more years of progressive IT experience, including at least six years leading enterprise application teams, and deep hands-on expertise across at least two Salesforce cloud platforms. Experience owning an ERP, life sciences CRM, or contact center platform, implementing or replatforming major systems, and managing quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes is required. Applicants should bring experience building teams, managing vendors and budgets, and applying IT service management, DevOps, quality assurance, and organizational change practices. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
