Regional Vice President, Multifamily Property Management Greater Nashville, TN Area

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multifamily portfolios. The role includes driving portfolio performance, occupancy, and net operating income goals; leading and developing regional managers and support teams; and overseeing budgets, capital planning, and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will manage relationships with ownership groups and key partners, guide major asset strategies, and collaborate with corporate leadership on operational improvements and organizational initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of multifamily property management experience, including five or more years in senior, multi-site leadership, and a record of leading large portfolios and high-performing teams. Strong financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, net operating income management, capital planning, and operational analysis is required, along with knowledge of multifamily operations, compliance, risk management, and asset management. The role also calls for strategic leadership, effective communication and presentation skills, and experience partnering with ownership groups and cross-functional teams. Experience with property management and reporting platforms, as well as relevant industry certifications, is preferred.
