The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the finance and extended Americas leadership team, with a primary focus on overseeing all financial functions for the business. This pivotal role involves leading the finance and accounting team, providing innovative financial insights, and driving strategic business planning and execution. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for financial reporting enhancements, multi-year strategic planning, and ensuring robust financial governance across the Americas. A strong partnership with the Chief Operating Officer and the global HQ is essential to ensure transparency and timely communication of results, opportunities, and actions. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of finance experience, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, as well as executive-level communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and financial governance is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERPs, be skilled in Microsoft Office, and have a background in contract logistics or supply chain operations.
