The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for its Automated Intelligent Execution (AiEX) Product Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of the company's automated trade functionality, with a focus on finding and applying solutions to meet clients' trade workflow goals. This client-facing role requires a professional with an analytical and creative mindset, adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving. A strong understanding of software technology in the finance sector, particularly front-office order management systems and execution workflows across fixed income, derivatives, and equities, is desirable. The role involves owning client queries, pro-active system monitoring, assisting with client onboarding and testing, and driving operational efficiency. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience, excellent communication skills, and be extremely comfortable with technology. The position demands a results-driven individual with the ability to think critically and creatively, and who can work well under pressure. Responsibilities also include data-driven analysis, guiding customers through system integration, and working with the sales force to increase trade volume.
