Associate Vice President, Compliance Testing

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Compliance Testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance monitoring and testing to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves identifying and reporting compliance risks and gaps, as well as recommending and implementing actionable solutions. The AVP will also be tasked with developing and maintaining testing methodologies and procedures, collaborating with internal teams to enhance compliance processes and controls, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. Staying abreast of regulatory updates and supporting the Risk & Compliance department in new initiatives is also a key aspect of the position.
