Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic and accomplished executive, providing both strategic and operational leadership across the organization's financial enterprise. This includes overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, budgeting, revenue cycle, managed care contracting, supply chain, compliance, and payroll. The successful candidate will be a key partner in driving financial performance, supporting organizational strategy, and ensuring the long-term financial strength of the rapidly growing, multi-state enterprise. The ideal CFO for the company will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in a large, multi-site, and multi-state healthcare or related services environment. A deep understanding of the financial and operational aspects of a physician-owned model is essential. The role requires a leader who can guide the organization through its next phase of growth, particularly in the context of geographic expansion and the implementation of new enterprise-wide systems. The CFO will work closely with executive and physician leadership to advance strategic priorities, strengthen operations, and support the continued success of the organization. A strong background in financial management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex financial challenges are key to this position.
