Chief of Staff, Infrastructure & IT

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Infrastructure and IT. This full-time role is pivotal in leading and managing technology projects across various domains, including workplace tech, service/help desk, platform, and strategic technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for these projects and will be responsible for ensuring their alignment with the firm's overall technology strategy. A background in IT project management, program management, and technology leadership is essential, with a focus on infrastructure, program, and project management. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT project or program management, preferably in finance, banking, or investing sectors. The role requires a strategic lead with domain knowledge in technology infrastructure and systems, and experience in areas such as service desk, identity management, technical support, cybersecurity, DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Familiarity with workplace technology, including hardware devices, central management, and user device monitoring, is a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing and advocating for a range of technologies, including IAM, CI/CD, Jira, Excel, Zoom, and Slack.
