Chief of Staff, Investor Relations

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff Associate for Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving a diverse range of projects that support senior members of the investor relations and business unit management teams. These projects may include the development and execution of annual goals and strategic initiatives, contributing to fundraising strategy analyses, and the development of generative AI capabilities. The role requires a high level of discretion, the ability to handle confidential information, and a commitment to professional growth and development. Applicants for the Chief of Staff Associate position should have a bachelor's or advanced degree, with at least one year of experience, and possess strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. While experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar fields is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A background in the hedge fund or alternative investments industry, as well as an interest in artificial intelligence, is also a plus.
