The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the seamless coordination of day-to-day operations across various service lines. The COO will be responsible for directing activities in inpatient, outpatient, procedural, and ancillary services, ensuring that all departments work in harmony to meet the organization's operational and performance goals. This includes establishing operational priorities, performance expectations, and accountability structures to drive the medical center's performance in clinical quality, patient experience, team member engagement, growth, and financial results. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical leadership to lead initiatives that enhance patient flow, throughput, access, and capacity management, while also fostering a culture of safety, high reliability, and continuous improvement.
