Executive Director, Corporate Strategy

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Corporate Strategy to help shape its enterprise strategy and long-term growth agenda. The role leads key parts of the annual strategy process, develops recommendations for complex business questions, and translates market, consumer, competitive, and financial insights into clear priorities for senior leaders. The Executive Director also leads cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through recommendations and, where appropriate, execution, while aligning stakeholders and assessing risks, trade-offs, and investment opportunities. In addition, the role develops strategy talent and strengthens the function’s capabilities and influence. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred. They should bring 8–10 or more years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, transformation, corporate development, consulting, or a related field, including at least 3–5 years at a top-tier consulting firm. Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives, advising senior executives, and developing high-performing teams is required; consumer-facing industry experience is preferred. Strong strategic and financial judgment, analytical problem-solving, executive communication, storytelling, and the ability to influence and build alignment across a complex organization are essential.
