The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Enterprise Services Digital Asset Operations. This pivotal role is focused on advancing operational readiness in support of digital asset strategy and related business initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that operational requirements, risks, and controls are effectively integrated throughout the product lifecycle and delivery process. This includes developing scalable operational capabilities, operating models, procedures, and controls that promote stable production operations and support sustainable growth. The role also involves strategic business partnership, operational excellence, and risk management, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and responsible risk management. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of related experience, with a deep understanding of securities processing, settlement, asset servicing, operational controls, and financial market infrastructure.
