Executive Director, FX LATAM Options Trader Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, FX LATAM Options Trader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing FX derivatives counterparty service to both internal and external clients, managing the pricing and risk hedging of assets, and ensuring compliance with the Traders Mandate. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years' experience in a financial markets role, with a focus on managing volatility products. The Executive Director will be expected to collaborate with top management to define desk strategy, give counterparty service in FX derivatives, provide trading ideas, and perform dynamic hedging of market positions. Continuous monitoring of the FX market, registration of all trades, and compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements are also key aspects of the position. Candidates for this role at the company should hold a university degree, preferably in engineering or economics, with a strong background in quantitative analysis. High proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual with a strong aptitude for teamwork, and who is tension, analytics, and data decision-driven.
