The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Global Research in Industry and Policy Thematics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving in-depth research and analysis on a range of critical themes, including supply chain and advanced manufacturing, defense and aerospace, energy independence and resilience, frontier and strategic technologies, and pharmaceutical and health technologies. This role involves producing regular research and deep-dive reports, discerning fundamental drivers of relevant industries and supply chains, and maintaining quantitative indicators to track industry development. The Executive Director will also be expected to project thematic developments, provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and communicate findings through business writing. Applicants should have 1-5 years' of experience in data analysis, with a demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis. Solid written and oral communication skills are essential, as is the intellectual flexibility to work across multiple industries and themes. The role requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, a team player mentality, and the ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. While not mandatory, experience in the financial services industry or an IPT-related industry research organization is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with different lines of research and business across the company to leverage industry and policy thematic research.
