Executive Director, IT Finance Lead Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, IT Finance Lead to shape and deliver global technology strategy for Finance. The role partners with Finance and enterprise stakeholders to translate business priorities into an integrated technology roadmap, lead AI-enabled transformation, and modernize financial systems and processes. Responsibilities include overseeing solutions across financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, financial reporting, product costing, and order-to-cash, from strategy and delivery through ongoing support. The leader will also drive automation and continuous improvement, ensure systems meet security, compliance, audit, and internal-control requirements, and develop a global team of IT professionals and senior leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field, along with 15 or more years of progressive IT experience and substantial leadership experience in a global enterprise. Required qualifications include a record of delivering measurable Finance transformation through AI, data, and automation; expertise in financial systems and extensive leadership of SAP Finance solutions, transformations, and upgrades; and experience leading senior managers, global teams, and implementation partners. Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, negotiation, vendor governance, strategic planning, program management, and process-improvement skills are essential. Experience in a regulated, complex global industry is preferred.
