The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Markets Treasury to serve as a senior treasury partner to trading leadership. The role advises on capital, liquidity, leverage, and balance-sheet impacts, translating enterprise priorities into practical desk-level incentives and actionable trade-offs. Responsibilities include analyzing profitability and resource efficiency, supporting trade pricing and “what-if” decisions, managing limits and escalation frameworks, and advising on clearing, collateral, and liquidity matters. The Executive Director will represent treasury in senior governance forums, monitor regulatory and competitive developments, and lead a team while partnering with risk, analytics, and technology colleagues to develop scalable decision-support tools and reporting. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in markets treasury, financial resource management, trading, or a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience. Required expertise includes financing and derivatives businesses, capital and liquidity frameworks, marginal trade analysis, deal pricing, and profitability measurement. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as are proficiency in Python, experience with complex datasets, and a record of leading high-performing teams. Preferred qualifications include an advanced quantitative degree and experience with SQL, visualization and cloud analytics platforms, AI or automation, and scalable self-service tools.
