Medical Director, Medical Affairs

The Company is seeking a Medical Director, Medical Affairs to develop medical strategy for late-phase therapies addressing serious metabolic and liver diseases. The role includes building relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and academic centers, and leading scientific exchange through advisory boards and congress activities. The successful candidate will synthesize stakeholder insights to inform medical strategy and clinical development, contribute to evidence-generation and publication plans, and partner with clinical development on trial design and data interpretation. Responsibilities also include translating clinical and real-world data into scientific communications and participating in medical, legal, and regulatory review. Candidates must hold an MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD, with an MD or DO and expertise in endocrinology, hepatology, or gastroenterology strongly preferred. At least eight years of industry experience in Medical Affairs is required. Experience in MASH or NASH, medical, legal, and regulatory review and sign-off, and product launches is strongly preferred.
