Private Credit Vice President

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Private Credit division. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key activities, including investment analysis and underwriting, deal execution, portfolio management, and operational support. This role is pivotal in leading transaction workstreams, performing rigorous fundamental analysis, and presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership. The Vice President will also be involved in supporting the investment committee, preparing and presenting investment memos, and assisting with the operational aspects of the investment process. Applicants should have 6-10 years' of experience in investment banking, with a preference for those with a background in leveraged finance, private credit, or direct lending. The role requires a professional with strong analytical and financial modeling skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
