The Company is seeking a Vice President, AI Strategy & Enablement, to advise divisional leaders and connect AI strategy with practical execution. The role involves understanding business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience, shaping and prioritizing transformation portfolios, and mobilizing cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include translating emerging AI capabilities into business solutions and pilots, developing business cases and roadmaps, establishing governance and ROI frameworks, and coordinating initiatives through implementation. The Vice President will also create executive communications and deliver workshops and training to support AI adoption and measurable business impact. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience in areas such as management consulting, business transformation, program management, operational excellence, strategy, or business partnership. A track record of leading cross-functional AI, automation, innovation, or large-scale transformation initiatives is required, along with experience managing strategic portfolios in complex organizations. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including opportunity assessment, prioritization, and business case development, are essential.
