The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Manager to lead workforce planning and operational execution across a complex, distributed organization. Responsibilities include translating business priorities into hiring, internal mobility, and resource allocation plans; improving organizational design and people processes; and partnering with talent acquisition and cross-functional leaders to align workforce decisions. The role also involves analyzing workforce and financial data, overseeing planning and forecasting for workforce investments, and driving process improvements, automation, and clear stakeholder reporting. The successful candidate will influence senior stakeholders and ensure plans are carried through to measurable outcomes. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience in business management, operations, human resources, talent acquisition, or financial planning, including ownership of workforce planning, hiring strategy, or operational execution. An undergraduate degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Strong business and financial acumen, analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations are essential.
