Vice President, CIB Lead Business Execution Consultant Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, CIB Lead Business Execution Consultant to support day-to-day business operations and strategic execution. Responsibilities include analyzing client and financial performance, tracking initiatives and pipelines, preparing banker scorecards, and coordinating strategy sessions and recurring pipeline reviews. The role develops executive-ready materials that combine financial data, KPIs, and analytics; monitors data quality across internal platforms; and supports competitive benchmarking. The successful candidate will partner across business and support teams to deliver projects, manage competing priorities, and help ensure sound risk and compliance practices. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience, training, or education. Desired qualifications include financial services, strategy, or analytics experience; investment or corporate banking exposure; and familiarity with CRM platforms and performance management. Strong financial analysis, project management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills are important, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience with large datasets and analytical tools, are preferred, as is experience with automation and workflow tools.
