Vice President, Corporate Strategy & FP&A Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Strategy and FP&A to partner with senior leaders on strategic projects, analyses, and initiatives that support enterprise growth. Responsibilities include analyzing long-term strategy and business plans, assessing industry and competitive developments, and preparing materials for leadership meetings, conferences, and board presentations. The role also involves communicating complex findings as clear, decision-oriented insights and improving processes to align with strategic priorities. The successful candidate will build relationships across the organization and develop strategic presentations, communications, and briefing materials. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, business management, or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Required expertise includes the global asset management industry, market and competitive analysis, strategic planning, executive communications, financial modeling and scenario analysis, and presentation development. Candidates must also have experience with investment product economics, financial statements, and FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and headcount planning. Familiarity with financial databases, enterprise planning and reporting tools, and data visualization software is required.
