The Company is seeking a De-Fi/OnChain Attorney to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel on a range of issues related to decentralized finance and staking services. This includes serving as a strategic legal advisor in negotiations, drafting and reviewing various agreements, and offering legal insights on complex regulatory matters. The role demands a high level of motivation, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation within the De-Fi ecosystem. Applicants should have a strong foundational knowledge of blockchain technology, at least 3 years' of transactional experience, and a comprehensive understanding of De-Fi protocols. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience in negotiating digital asset agreements and a proactive, self-starting attitude are essential. A member in good standing of the New York State Bar, the candidate should be adept at managing a demanding workload and staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory updates. Bonus points for knowledge of U.S. securities laws, KY/AML compliance, and a proven track record in handling De-Fi-specific legal issues.
