Vice President, Fixed Income Distribution Business Manager Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a business execution leader to support its fixed income distribution organization. The role partners with sales leadership to turn business priorities into plans, monitor progress, and resolve delivery issues across multiple business areas. Responsibilities include leading strategic and annual planning, supporting client and coverage management, coordinating workforce and talent activities, and preparing executive presentations and performance updates. The successful candidate will also lead cross-functional initiatives, address operational, regulatory, risk, and technology priorities with partner teams, and manage vendor relationships and reviews. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience. Desired qualifications include a strong understanding of capital markets and experience supporting fixed income or related businesses, along with a record of leading complex initiatives across diverse stakeholders. Applicants should be skilled at analyzing business, financial, operational, and risk information and translating findings into clear recommendations.
