Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineering Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to build and lead its Forward Deployed Engineering organization, translating enterprise AI opportunities into production-ready solutions and measurable business outcomes. The role will define the organization’s strategy and operating model, partner with business leaders to identify high-value use cases, and work with product, platform engineering, and architecture teams to develop scalable solutions. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing high-performing engineering teams, turning successful deployments into reusable approaches, and advising senior leaders on priorities and transformation. The Vice President will also establish a culture of technical rigor, accountability, rapid execution, and delivery excellence. Candidates should have at least 10 years of engineering or technology leadership experience and a record of building strong teams, leading complex enterprise deployments, and delivering measurable business transformation. A solid technical foundation in modern software engineering, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and emerging AI technologies is required, along with experience bringing innovative technologies into production in partnership with product and platform teams. Strong executive presence, strategic judgment, and the ability to influence across complex organizations are essential. Experience in forward deployed engineering, applied AI, customer engineering, enterprise technology deployment, generative AI, or regulated industries is preferred.
